"Casa Dodic" is the home where the Dodic family has run the "Trattoria Dodic" for over a hundred years; now the same family manages the B&B, offering their experience and endless historical and tourist information about Trieste, Slovenia, Istria, and the rest of Croatia to their guests.
Radio amateurs, lovers of cuisine (typical Triestine and Balkan recipes), enthusiasts of vintage motorcycles and cars, and fans of shabby chic style will find opportunities to engage in conversations on these topics with the owners.
The B&B is centrally located in relation to the New University, which can be reached in two minutes by bus or car. The Cattinara Hospital is four minutes away, as well as the Research Area and the Synchrotron. The San Giovanni Police School is two minutes away, the borders are 10 km away, and the highway access is 2 km away.
Those arriving by train or plane (via the Ronchi-Trieste shuttle bus) will find bus lines 51 and 51/ in front of the train station, which stop in front of our B&B after a ten-minute journey. Motorcyclists can park inside the facility.
